This is my go-to pizza dough recipe. It makes about 3 or 4 pizza bases.
Warm water and milk to lukewarm Mix yeast, warm water, warm milk and sugar together in the bowl of stand mixer. Leave for 10 minutes for the yeast to activate. Add flour, Italian herbs and salt in a separate bowl Once yeast is foamy, add the oil and give it a quick mix. Then add the flour mixture. Knead the dough with dough hook for about 5-10 min until you have a smooth ball of dough. Lightly oil a clean bowl and shape the dough in to a ball Put the dough in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Place the bowl in a warm space and let it double in size. This takes about 1-2 hours. Once the dough is doubled in size, deflate the dough and divide in 3 or 4 equal pieces. Shape the pizza base and add your toppings Bake the pizza on a pizza stone on 230 degrees Celsius for about 7 minutes or until the crust has a nice golden colour. Ingredients
